cell division, growth, eye sight, healing, clotting, skin
VITAMINS:
fat soluble: A,D,E,K (fish oil, eggs, milk, cheese)
water soluble: B complex & vitamin C
B3 = important to release the energy from fats, carbohydrates and proteins, results in healthy skin. Sources = peas, mushroom, salmon
Vitamin C = important in bones, teeth, gums, capillaries and cartilage, helps immune system absorb iron. Sources = strawberry, rock melon, broccoli
