IS it fair to only minor crimes
Yes, Becuase it would save more money to flog them for a small crime then to house them for day or months.
WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF FLOGGING
TO SAVE MONEY
AND HAVE LESS PEOPLE IN PRISONS
WHAT HARM CAN IT DO, AND TO WHO
The only harm it can do would be physical pain from the flogging, and good kind of emotional stress.
Why
The physical harm can be treated and heal within a couple of weeks which in my books can be way better than months and years in a prison cell away from your love one for a simple crim. And it good kind of emotional stress would be that everytime you will think about doing somthing bad youll think twice about that time when you were hit and hopefully you will not do it again, the majority of people that get out of prison are end up in prison all again.

At the momement we are housing over 2.3 million people in prison around the country, and by putting flogging into practice then the saving can be around 9 BILLION.
WHY
The Cost of housing an inmate can very expensive when you add up thousands of inmates crammed up into one building.
From food to electricity, employment, Transportation and much more. As well as building new prisons just to have it filled up in a couple of years.
Who wins and looses in the this agreement
Both Parties will win:
WHY
Becuase the nation will save much more money and can be use to other more important things, from schools to new roads and to the space program.
And the preople will return to their family with a new lesson learned and they wont have to to spend time away from their families.
Correctional officers and heads of prisons/ executive positions lose because of there needing to be less prisons (there is less need for them)
