Build out Marketo campaign 1 for Referral form "I want to refer a friend"

Corp web pre-work

Email invite is sent to existing customers with link + refcode (Marketo campaign 1) "Input your friends information here or share this link ("I have been referred" URL link + code) with your friends"

Customer lands on form/ page "I want to refer someone". Form should have URL pre-populated with refcode and field to enter refcode prepopulated as well.


Customer presses submit and has option to re-submit more leads

Question: Custom field mapping:
Can we create custom fields like this in Marketo? (I have this in PDF if the image doesnt work)

Question: If we build out a campaign in Marketo that collects with new lead names and emails, but no sync to SFDC, will it refrain from creating new leads in SFDC?

Question: Is there a way to capture the referral code (extended version) from when the numerical code is entered to when it's stored in Marketo?
