Getting high res images from a social media site would be a bad idea
Social Media doesnt support high res files
all social media is made for screen meaning all its images are 72 dpi which is really low quality considering most designers make images 300 dpi
Finding tutorials on social media is a great way to learn
Probably the most helpful resource when looking for tutorials
Follow the Grayscale Gorilla for good free tutorials

You most will most likely struggle to find vector art on social media.
Vector art is usually in a .eps or .ai format and no social media supports either file type.
Finding freebies is very tough on social media because people dont like to give their work away for free but rather promote it by publishing low res files to show what they can do but you wont find people giving their work away for free.
