Sam's SMART GOALS
Personal Goal: I will create a better sleeping schedule for myself so I am not going to bed at 3 in the morning every night anymore.

Things to do:
I need to tell my friends that I can't do anything past that designated time in which I need to go to bed.
I need to set a designated time where I go to bed every night and keep it as consistent as possible.

Accomplishment:
I would have more motivation to complete all of the tasks set for me and my overall health would be much better than it is currently.
Academic Goal: I will earn my associate's degree at Tyler Junior College in 2 years with a 3.5 GPA or higher.

Barriers:

I still do not know entirely what I want to do in the future. I am not 100% positive that I want to major in psychology.

Accomplishments:
I will have a stronger foundation for my future. I will get a better job, education, and life in general.
Financial Goal: I will get a job at a restaurant or pizza place by the end of the month February and raise some money.

Barriers
I do not live in Tyler permanently. I live in Dallas. So i would not be able to work during the summer because I have no where to stay during summer break.

I am attending college and I need the money to spend on necessities such as groceries and school materials.

Accomplishment:
I would raise some income for myself to save and spend on what I need and I would feel a sense of accomplishment and like I am doing something to improve my future.
