Austin; the city places 21st of 24 on the list, and its murder rate of 2.8 per 100,000 is by far the lowest of the “big four” Texas cities.
i would have to consider the diversity rates and crime rates
-Getting an affortable house that would be close to the area of my liking.
-Being able to live with Kiersten and Laurance
Finding the correct area that would be beneficial for my career and university.
Id like to consider staying near to mexico because that's were a good majority of Laurances family lives
Since texas is a more country area we could invest in building our house on a few acers of land
