Student Learning - Combining knowledge of subject material, and technology as well as utilizing teaching practices to help further student learning and creativity
Digital Age Learning - Creating and making use of modern technology in order to teach students as well as provide assessments. Using these tools in a way that provides a unique learning experience for students so that they can make the most of it.
Digital Age Work - Teaching utilizing digital society as a professional and demonstrating experience and knowledge when working with technology YELLOW CONNECTION EXPLAINED: As a teacher, demonstrating tools and knowledge to students and teaching them how to problem solve using these tools is really important when getting them excited and engage in their learning
Digital Citizenship - Teachers work engulfing the responsibilities of being a digital citizen; working legally and ethically.

BLUE CONNECTION EXPLAINED: Both of these technology standards are exemplary of the responsibility we have as digital citizens, and the ethical obligations that comes with that
Professional Growth - Teachers are expected to be embodiments of life long learning, continuously improving themselves in the area of digital resources

GREEN CONNECTION EXPLAINED: Both technological standards outline the end goal of learning for students through the use of technology.
Digital Citizen - Students recognize and uphold the responsibilities of being a digital citizen; working online safely, legally and ethically.

GREEN CONNECTION EXPLAINED: This is almost the exact same thing as Student Learning. It is the teachers obligation to make sure that student learning is student centered so that they are engaged and fulfill their potential, and this can be done through the use of technology
Research and Innovation - Teachers as well as other professionals in the education environment contribute and are active in the discussion and actions of education research in order to progress the field and continually improve it.
Professional Learning - Teachers as well as other professionals in the education environment are constantly striving towards improving and life long learning with utilizing technology
