We have read an article about recruiting process, it mentions companies should work on their goal and culture, and attract the right people, so why does this reading highlight it specifically? Compared with other factors in recruiting, why is it more important?
Right people means supporting a company’s culture before they go to this company, but I think this can be trained and understood after they enter, can we recruit the people with abilities but are unknown or sort of disagree with the culture?
Connected with employee voice, the company should recognize its image, here, companies should also do this, but is it possible that the image or culture will change? If it is, how to define potential employees among current workers?
