A student who is aware of the capabilities of the internet. Understanding the consequences that can come from the internet and understands how to work with the responsiblities given to them.

Professional Learning
Teachers need professional development, we can’t expect them to teach something they are not familiar with. That's why teachers need to develop and maintain knowledge that will allow them to use technology effectively.

This is how students use the tools given to them. Students should be able to compose, and edit text. To organize their data, while learning how to convey a message through multimedia. The students shows their knowledge of different applications and uses technology to communicate with others.

What Students Learn
Students learn that just because technology can seem complex, it is just a way of doing things. That technology will be used later in their lives and the understanding of these tools can attribute to them solving problems and inquiring new ideas that they wouldn't think possible.
