Teachers always improve, throughout their entire careers, they exhibit lifelong learning and leadership that grows through experience and by the use of resources, the community, or technology.
Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity
By using pedagogy, knowledge in their subject, and technology. A teacher can create an experience that promotes and advances student learning, creativity, and innovation. Engaging students to explore real world issues and to solve problems.
Promote and Model Digital Citizenship
Teachers are aware of the local and global issues happening around them, engaging with colleagues and students while promoting digital etiquette that aims to exhibit an ethical and legal behavior.

A student who is aware of the capabilities of the internet. Understanding the consequences that can come from the internet and understands how to work with the responsiblities given to them.
A student who finds different and creative ways to find unique solutions to problems given to them. Even if it means trying new things.
A student that takes an active role in their education. Creating an effective work ethic while using technology to demonstrate their capabilites of learning,
A student who can creatively use the tools given to them to create a personalized expression of themselves while achieving the goal that they desire to achieve.
A student who uses the power of technology to develop methods and solutions that show their understanding of problem-solving.
Learning and Technology Policy Framework
Teachers need professional development, we can’t expect them to teach something they are not familiar with. That's why teachers need to develop and maintain knowledge that will allow them to use technology effectively.

They are an ethical and moral citizen, they understand the skills required for technology. They understand how technology applies to school and themselves.

The ICT introduces new ways to solve problems, communicate, inquire, and make decisions. It teaches us to gather and identify information, classify and organize, summarize and synthesize, analyze and evaluate, speculate and predict. These practices are exhibited in the classrooms we teach, allowing teachers to introduce these practices to students.
Processes for Productivity
This is how students use the tools given to them. Students should be able to compose, and edit text. To organize their data, while learning how to convey a message through multimedia. The students shows their knowledge of different applications and uses technology to communicate with others.
What Students Learn
Students learn that just because technology can seem complex, it is just a way of doing things. That technology will be used later in their lives and the understanding of these tools can attribute to them solving problems and inquiring new ideas that they wouldn't think possible.
