Model Digital Age Work and Learning
Teachers need to stay up to data with the ever advances in technology, we need to be able to adapt and reform our way of teaching to include these advances.

Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibility
Model proper use of technology, be able to provide students with answers on when and how to use a certain technical tool, always provide proper citations when needed and use technology legally.

Design and Develop Digital Age Learning Experiences and Assessments
Design unique learning experiences that includes a variety of resources and technical tools that can be transferred into the real world.
Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership
Always model being a life-long learner, engage in new advances in technology as they come and be involved in the school and outside community
Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity
Allow the students the opportunity to self instruct and self learn, this will allow them to explore the real world and be creative and innovative.
