Effects on Economies
After this happened the amount of people needed for this machine is reduced.
The machine speeded up the time to produce cotton so the economy started to increase.
It made much more money than losing money because it produced twice as fast as people and it didn't need as many people.
Effects of Cotton Gin on Industries
The cotton gin automated harvesting cotton from its seeds but it still required some handy work so I would consider this in the secondary industry

With this the industries figured out more ways to evolve and discover and innovate ways to automate harvesting of materials
