Nahuatl was their main language.some of their language words relate to many things in america now.
Spanish is not one of their language. In fact its was never their language instill the Spanish took over.
Some words that are similar to our English words are chocolate, chili, coyote, tomato and avocado.

Human sacrifice was an important part of the Aztec religion. They thought that the Aztec gods needed human blood to keep the world balanced.
