MALIGNANT DISEASE
Alkylating Agent
Examples: Cyclophosphamide, Chlorambucil. Melphalan
Limits: Myleosuppression, anaorexia, vomiting, diarrhoea, haemorrhagic cystitis
Anti-tumour Antibiotics
Examples: Doxorubicin, Epirubicin
Limits: Vomiting, diarrhoea, perivacualr irritation, enterocolitis, myelosuppression. Can cause anaphylaxis and collapse if given too quickly
Mitotic Inhibitors
Limits: perivascular irrritation, myelosuppression
Examples: Vincristine, Vinblastine
Platinum Compounds

Limits: Do not give to cats. Can cause vomiting, myelosuppression, nephrotoxic
