Telephone
Advantages
- You can call anyone anywhere on the planet
- No specialist equipment needed most people have a telephone
Disadvantages
- Surrounding noises, interference can affect the quality of the call

Scenarios:

Disadvantages
- High bandwith required to required to send/receive high quality images
- Lag between conversations can disturb flow of conversation
Advantages
- Saving Travel costs
- Seeing the person may give you important visual clues that aren't available in phone calls
Hardware required: speakers, microphone, screen, network connection
Scenarios:
When someone important is absent in a meeting, on the other side of the world. Used in businesses especially.

Disadvantages
- Can't share with different devices either has to be between mac to mac or phone to phone
- Can't share with other platforms e.g Windows between apple
- Have to be on a local private sever, and
usually very close to the other device you wish to share it to
Hardware required, something to release bluetooth, a connecting device- meeting system requirements, internet connection
Advantages
- Does not require to put info, email, will automatically connect and the devices will pop up
- Can send files and videos

- The attached emails may contain viruses
- You may have to wait a while to receive the messages, unlike texting

For work, when you have to send a email to a group of people attached with some images.
Advantages:
- Emails are free to send , as long as you have an email account and are connected to the internet
- Multiple copies of the same email can be sent to multiple group of people
- You can send a fair amount of files, documents and images with it
