People tend to calm me down which is kinda funny cause they are usually part of my anxiety and I tend to isolate myself.

I cry a lot, I sweat because my heart starts beating really fast.
I eat a lot , or I completely stop eating and I have no appetite.
I can't sleep when my anxiety is really bad, I'm overthinking, worrying and planning instead.
Sometimes when it's really bad I isolate myself and don't go out with friends.

I worry about stupid small things and I begin to think it's not gonna be okay, I always feel like this.
I think part of my anxiety comes from uncertainty so maybe some sort of routine would help.
I think my anxiety is connected to time because sometimes I don't feel organized.
Sometimes family and friends say to think positively and that doesn't help but reassurance does.
