The monster killed 30 men without them knowing and in their sleep. He was happy with what he did when it was done.

No price could pay for the "crimes" the monster committed and the monster would also accept nothing.

The Monster's Lair:
He heard that one of the devils was a female creature. The other walked through the wilderness like a man but mightier.
The huge one, they named Grendel
They live where there's windy Cliffs, wolf-dens where water pours out from the rocks, then runs underground where the mist is like black clouds and the groves of trees growing out over their lake is covered with spray. The roots reach as far as the water and help it stay dark. At night, the lake burns like a torch.
