The "It's only one vote" argument; think that of all the votes, theirs isn't going to make any of a difference
The "I'm too busy" argument; it takes time to think about who you will vote for and getting to voting location
The "They're all the same, what's the point" argument
The "No one listens to me" argument; lack of political efficacy (the ability to make a difference by political action)
The "It's too hard" argument; centers around voter registration, created to stop voter fraud, registration lowers voter turnout, ND doesn't require this
