Purpose

Improve local manpower.

Reinforce and strengthen the core of Singaporean

Cultivate progressive and age-friendly workplaces and jobs.

Defination

To enhance work-life harmony as well as initiate age-friendly workplaces

Eligibility

The organisation has not received funding support under the first edition of WorkPro for Age Management Grant and Work-Life Grant.

The organisation must be legally registered or incorporated in Singapore.

Includes: societies and non-profit organisations

Does not include: public organisations

FWA Incentive

up to $40,000 per organisation.

Eligibility

Designate a work-life ambassador from senior management

Have at least one employee that has accomplished the work-life training course.

Up to $120,000 per organisation.

Eligibility

Have no more than 6 in 10 employees on the same FWA type counting towards the 20% or 30% FWA utilisation eligibility.

Formalised 2 or more new FWAs in the HR policies and communicate them to the employees.

Promoting and encouraging a work-life friendly environment and communicate the company's work-life policies to the staffs by nominating a work-life ambassador from senior management.

Up to $300,000 per organisation,
