ISTE STANDARDS FOR TEACHERS
Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity:
Teachers promote experiences that further student learning in face-to-face interaction and virtual environments
Teachers can encourage students to use their peers as efficient resources and tools

Design and Develop Digital Age Learning Experiences
: Teachers organize and develop experiences with modern technology to increase student centered learning
Provide Students With Choice:
Teachers provide multiple formative and summative assessments to encourage student to pursue their own learning and creativity.
Teachers have the responsibility to give students the opportunity to take control of their learning

Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibility:
Teachers advocate the responsibilities of students digital footprint and participate in exhibiting the ethical behaviors of being a digital citizen
Teachers have the role of being a model "digital citizen" so students are able to grasp the understanding of what this role pertains and also participate in this role

Engage in Professional Growth and Learning:
Teachers understand their requirement for continuous growth and development to present leadership in a school to exhibit the effective uses of technology to improve student learning.

Empowered Learner:
students use technology as a tool to take an active role in their learning goals and learning outcomes.
Digital Citizen
: students are able to understand the responsibilities of being a part of the digital world, and participate in a manner that is safe, legal, and ethical.
Creative Communicator:
students are able to effectively choose through a variety of platforms to communicate clearly and present appropriate content for their learning goal.

Global Communicator
: students use technology tools to connect with others to broaden their learning and knowledge.
Computational Thinker:
students are able to solve problems with their knowledge and assistance with technology.
Student is able to use their knowledge of tools and techniques to choose the correct tool to assist them in solving problems
