Challenges
Hard to find the right protein to lose weight
Most machines were out of order
I was never really motivated to work out

Youtube showed me many work outs that have helped me with journey
I worked out with others who worked out way before me
I learned from watching others work out
ATL Skills
Communication: because i talked to people to know about their workouts
Self Management : because i kept my self ready to work out every day.
Research:Because i had looked up how an what work outs i should do.
Mindset
At first i was not excited to work out, after working out for 2 weeks i feel like going to the gym every day.
I had no stamina when i first started, after i kept training i was able to run long periods with out stopping.
I was out of shape at the beginning 3 months later i am i good shape.
IB trait
I am open minded because workouts showed me a new way of feeling good about my self
Caring: because i helped my friends when working out, when they could not handle the weight . I would spot them .
I used thinker to come up with new ideas to work out.

My brother never gave up on me, he pushed me to my breaking point
I got help from friends that worked out with me
