Challenges
During my project I struggled w/ procrastination. I didn't let myself stop working
I was running out of time so I used a site that makes websites to help it go faster.
Meeting with my supervisor was hard because we had conflicting schedules.
IB Traits
Communicator: I had to practice speaking professionally to people. I did not want originally want to do this.
Knowledgeable: I had to become familiar with the people that I interviewed.
Open-Minded: I had to realize that not everyone feels the same way I do.

Ms. Pugh helped me to realize that I do not want to do a documentary
Mr. Miranda helped me to realize that I should use a website that helps you build websites

Social: I had to learn from talking with others

Self-Management: I tended to forget deadlines I took on an adult perspective
Research: I did not know where to start. But now, I looked at example exspose
Communication: At first I did not want to interview people but I forced myself to get out of my comfort zone
Mindset
I thought learning how to edit would be fast and easy. I was WRONG!
I thought I could slack off since I had so much time, I was wrong
I went into this excited, but now not so much
