Challenges
A challenge I faced was Not balancing my responsibilites but i overcame it by organizing my time and creating my own deadlines so I wont be so stressed.
A challenge I faced was Not being good at managing time but I overcame this by proritizing my projects and homework.
A challenge I faced was Meeting Deadlines but overcame it by balancing my time and my responsibilites by being organized and scheduling when I needed to work on things.
Mindset
My mindset was being stressed at the middle because I had alot of projects due and had to meet harsh deadlines.
My mindset was being anxious at the end because I am almost complete with the project and I still need to work out and improve my project.
My mindset was being excited at the start because I knew I was going to have fun and learn throughout the project.

I was being a kinetic learner by actually doing the workouts and recording the progress.
I was being a visual learner by looking at videos andrecreating the moves.
I was being individual learner by working alone and completing my project by myself

I showed the IB Trait of Inquierer by creating research questions and finding the answer to my questions
I showed the IB Trait of Thinkers by thinking about workouts I can do that will help me isolate one muscle and what food i can eat to contribute to my overall health.
