Produce toolkit for heritage organisations wishing to promote and embed youth engagement using the lessons learnt through this project drawing on quantitative and qualitative feedback assessed and compiled throughout the 5 years
Prepare project closure report, including examples of good practice and lessons learnt to inform future HLF projects, and make available online
Embed roles created within organisations involved in the project and confirm available funding to continue the work begun beyond the lifecycle of the Heritage Lottery Funded portion of the project
Secure youth tour guide roles within existing Romsey business infrastructure to continue the roles beyond the lifecycle of the project
Make learning resources prepared for heritage venues available to the venues and online to further extend the project
Promote toolkit nationally to heritage organisations seeking to strengthen their connections with young people
Appoint final three Youth Heritage Ambassadors on apprenticeship contracts
At every stage, project staff, the steering group and an external organisation will be collecting and analysing quantitative and qualitative data pertaining to the success of the project. This will form the basis of the toolkit, as well as informing each new stage of the project to improve and develop the offer to young people each and every year.
