Importance of Motion

Examples of Motion
Ball rolling down a hill. (Kinetic energy of the ball increases while Gravitational potential energy decreases)
When the strings of a guitar is being plucked. (Only the string vibrates whereas the instrument remains stationary.)
Passengers travelling by train fall forward when the train applies sudden brake. (The motion of all passengers is equal to the motion of the train and as soon as the brake is applied, the passengers feet being in contact with the train floor stops while the upper part falls forward.)
People going to gym to work out and keep fit. (When someone is lifting the equipment, they require their energy to lift up the weight.)
