ISTE Standards for Teachers :star:
Work together with peers and technological experts in local and global educational conglomerations with the goal of improving the learning experience for students. New and inventive technologies could foster beneficial experiences for students.
Work with students, other teaching staff, parents and the community using technology to support success in the classroom.
Model, champion, and educate students about the safe ways to use technology.
Modify and fashion appropriate learning experiences, utilizing technological tools to promote student creativity and comprehension.
Create different forms of assessments utilizing technology for students. Take the resulting information to shift teaching strategies in the classroom.
ISTE Standards for Students :pencil2:
Students must have patience and work through difficult problems that don’t have an ultimate conclusion.
Students have the ability to communicate and present complex ideas by creating models or simulations.
Cultivate safe behaviours in the online and social communities when using personal technological devices.

Using technology, students connect with other learners from various backgrounds so that both sides can broaden their knowledge.
Students empower themselves with technology by building networks and tailoring their educational environment to help themselves succeed in learning.

Policy Direction Outcome 3. b) Well-versed Teachers, Administrators, and Education Professionals in technology utilize different electronic devices to tailor personal learning strategies to all students.
Policy Direction Outcome 4. b) Teachers, Administrators and other Education Professionals use technology in new, interesting ways. They should also model safe and effective learning habits.

F3: Students will prove that they understand safe, ethical, and moral practices when utilizing technology. This will keep the students in a healthy teaching environment.

C5: Students will use technology to foster group work and collaboration. This will result in collective communication between peers and a higher level of inquiry.

P4: Students will use different texts and styles to positively impact the presentation of their work. This will form a creative output for students and will aid in the comprehension of material.
