People more likely to value & like what they own.
But may over-estimate the value and dismiss suggestions of others.

Amotivation : Go through actions & don't value the activity, don't feel competent.
External Regulation: Satisfy behavioural demand (eg. take medicine to make you happy)
Introjected Regulation : Take in regulation but not as one's own (eg. student go to school to avoid feeling bad)
Identified Regulation: Identify a goal (eg. take extra statistics course to understand better)
Integrated Regulation: Identifies with importance of event (eg. takes the necessary action)
Intrinsic Motivation: Flow & lose track of time (eg. enjoy the activity)
