1) Reduce past -ve & present fatalistic (Reframe, Forgiveness, R/ship focus (instd of thought / outcome),
meaningful engagements.)
2) Increase past positive (Id. happy events / things to be grateful for. Spend time w/ familiy & friends.
3) Increase present hedonistic: Plan leisure (+ve feelings) / family activities (+ve rships), Mindfulness (Present, Living Consciously).
4) Reduce present hedonistic & increase future: Self--regulate, Visualise (future & goals), Develop life skills
5) Reduce future: Prioritize (must-do vs. good-to-do)
