Unsaturated Fats
Eating these fats in moderation could lead to a decrease chance in hard attack. Nuts and seeds are good foods in this category
Saturated fats
Consuming too much of this may increase chance of heart attack. This fat comes from dairy and meat products

These come from Harding vegetable oil. As its hardened, it gains trans fat. This is called hydrogenation. This food is normal crackers or processed foods that last a long time.
