1. Most people don't understand what good nutrition is.
Before, I didn't understand either.
I'll give you some great information on what good nutrition is now.
2. Myths about nutrition.
"Eating an egg a day is bad for you," is a myth.
Most cholesterol comes from your body.
If you eat a little more cholesterol daily, your body will produce a little less.
All fats are not the same. Saturated (animal) fats are very harmful.
Eggs have very little saturated fats.

5. Managing your diet.
You should manage your diet.
But don't cut out everything you enjoy. Not everything is harmful.
3. More myths.
"Calories consumed at night will make you gain weight."
The truth: Dr. John Foreyt -- "A calorie is just a calorie (when you eat it doesn't matter)."
4. Foods that "your body can't process" make you gain weight.

That's not true.
Sometimes people lost weight because they cut out whole categories of food (dairy and wheat), not because they stopped eating dairy and wheat specifically.
