ISTE Standards for Teachers
Facilitate and Inspire Student Learning and Creativity -Teachers use their own life experiences as tools to help engage and promote creative and inspired learning among students.
Design and Develop Digital Age Learning Experiences and Assessments- Teachers incorporate technology appropriately into the lesson, in attempt to engage and promote active learning.
Model Digital Age Work and Learning - Teachers use knowledge and life experience to guide students through an ever changing digital world.
Promote and Model Digital Citizenship and Responsibility- Teachers understand issues on a global scale and realize that technology and being digitally connected affects individuals in aspects such as ethics and legal behaviour.
Engage in Professional Growth and Leadership- Teachers are continuously learning and developing themselves in all aspects of the school and technology.
