Workplace Health Promotion Grants
Definition
The Workplace Health Promotion (WHP) Grant is a funding scheme offered by the Health Promotion Board (HPB). For SMEs, the Grant provides financial support to help companies start and sustain their workplace health programmes.
Who can apply?
Registered or incorporated in Singapore
At least 30% local shareholding
Minimum 5 employees with CPF contribution
Not more than 200 employees

Terms & Conditions
The project must be completed within 12 months from the date of SNEF's in-principle approval.
All reimbursements must be made at the end of 12 months from the date of SNEF's in-principle approval.
Organisation is to adhere to the approved project plan. SNEF's approval needs to be sought before making any changes to the plan.
Organisations can apply for the Grant as a newcomer and when the organisation attains the Singapore Health Award in the respective categories, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. For each category, organisations are eligible to apply for up to two Grants.
SNEF's prior approval for the project must be obtained before commencement of activities. Past activities will not be funded.
How to apply?
The project must be completed within 12 months from the date of HPB’s in-principle approval.
All payments must be made within 12 months from the date of HPB’s in-principle approval.
Organisation must apply for the Singapore Health Award(SHA) where HPB’s will approved for the WHP project to be carried out. If not, there will be no funding of past activities. Organisation can apply for the Grant as a newcomer and when the organisation attains award in the respective SHA categories, i.e. Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. For each category, the organisation is eligible to apply for up to two Grants.
At least 80% of the approved Grant amount must be utilised.
WHP grant (Women's health)
Value of the grant
The maximum grant quantum funded by HPB is $5,000. The requesting organisation will need to co-fund 20% of the approved grant quantum for the women’s health project.
Who can apply?
Any organisation may apply, whether a new WHP Grant applicant or an existing WHP Grant recipient.
