Life plan
Community
Green: Any community can be positive dependent on the people you surround yourself by, the standards of the neighborhoods don't always apply to everywhere
Yellow: Living in a community that support all races will allow my children and wife to have the best opportunities in life.
Black: Living in a nicer neighborhood cost more, which will mean we can't afford everything we would like. We will have to adjust our lifestyle to our salaries.
Red: I've grown up in a neighbor hood that hispanic and Mexican were the majority, which has taught me a lot. Recently I moved into a gated community which hasn't affected me any differently.
Blue: Overall the neighborhood I decide to move my family into will be dependent on the status of the people who live there, and the opinions of online reviews of people who have rented or lived in that neighborhood.
White: Typically a community of a white majority has lower crime rates. While government supplied housing typically have increased crime rates
Family
Red: I grew up with one sibling and was used to getting things and not sharing, so I want my kids to feel the same way with 2 siblings or 10. I want them to have a better childhood than I did.
Yellow: With the correct salary within my wife we will be able to choose the amount of kids we want, and not have to worry about the money cost and allow our kids to live a happy life.
-
White: Larger families typically cost more, while little to none cost less.
Green: We can have a family of 4 that we can supply with everything we have, treat all of them equally and allow them to have a happy life.
Blue: In conclusion having a happy family is all that matters to me. I want them to have a better childhood than both my wife and I. I can't decide how many I want now, I just know I want more than one.
Housing:
Blue: Overall owning a house that is worth 150,000$ will most likely end up in a 30 year house plan.
Green: We could manage to save up a lot of money in order to pay off most of the house up front. We could choose what neighborhood to live in, instead of having our money decide.
Black: A house will be chosen off our salaries which can really affect how our family life is lived.
Red: I've only moved once and lived in two nice houses, so I would want my family to live the same way I did.
-
White: A cheaper house will allow us to have better things and we could have a 15 or even 5 year house plan. 30 year house plans are difficult to pay off due to the spread of money.
