I feel like this is the best decision to make for a career because i would be making enough money to provide for my family and have some left extra to save or spend.

Well, i really don't have a "passion" for real estate and I'm not sure if it is a career that truly makes me "happy" or that i have a "passion" for once . That would be a concern because everyone always says to get a career that you like so i don't know.
yellow hat
The positives of this career choice is that i will be rich..hopefully, and will be able to have a big enough house and provide for my family

with my career i would be making: On average, though, according to Salary.com, most real estate agents earn between $34,000 and $45,000 annually. The top producer agents make a lot more, and the agents who sell one home every few months earn so much less that some of those agents are part-time

i feel like having 2 or 3 kids would be beneficial for my children because they would never be lonely and they would know how to share. Also, they would know how to better deal with people.
black hat
As far as concerns, i am concerned that if worse comes to worse for whatever reason i may not be able to get a well paying job for my family and i may be able to provide for all of us.

In order to be creative with this i will set certain rules that pertain to real life situations so that they will learn them at a young age. i will also give them money at a young age and teach them how to spend it and save it and i will leach them how to be independent.

The positive of having two to three children is they will never be lonely they will always be able to count on each other and they will learn how to share and they will learn how to deal with people at a young age.
