NCRCs/NCRPs are added to InterAction by Fee Earners, Secretaries and BD using InterAction Web, Outlook or Blackberry devices or added as part of NBI process.

3PP records are set up in the financial system, Aderant, by the Billing team when they receive instruction from a client partner that a particular person or organisation is acting as a payor on a bill on behalf of the client.
