community
blue hat
Goal: I want to live in a diverse society where people from all races are able to hang out and be together without discrimination
white hat
in a working environment the more the diverse the work place is the more money they get.
The more diverse a work place is the bigger ideas the company gets due to the background of different types of people.
3.The U.S workforce is becoming more diverse
red hat
Personally knowing that I am a Latina I believe that diversity is very important for all races and ethnicities. I want to be able to hang out with different people with different backgrounds and the interesting things that there culture does and know what is taboo to me isn't to them. Not just ethnicity and race but religion and gays, bisexual, etc. I feel like America should be more diverse and as I said in my career section I want to become a singer/ actress and as time goes on there's more diversity in those industries' and that's the path I want to follow and I want it to be double the diversity when I get to that point.
green hat
I want to go to a college were discrimination isn't too much of a problem and many people from around the world from different regions come together as one. A way I can start following this path is by getting to know my classmates about there backgrounds and how there lifestyles works out with them coming from different places as I do.
yellow hat
some benefits to this: 1. I will have a lot of background information from different places/religions/ethnicities/lgbt/races 2. I'm not the only person looking for a community were it's diverse with people starting to realize the type of community they want the diversity can only spread.

according to "Virginia cooperative extension" in order to have a good bond with your family you have to build relationships with them and be able to have a place in the family. Everyone in the family has to contribute to something and be able to respect and fulfill the responsibilities.
http://pubs.ext.vt.edu/350/350-093/350-093.html
According to "crosswalk" there are 11 rules to a successful family:
Faith - whatever the family is facing everyone should have faith
commitment- family has to stick together and it all starts when the parents get married.
time together- you can't really have successful family if you don't spend time with them
identity- family members need to identify each other as family they have to be loyal to each other and know they see each other as family
make memories- shared memories strengthen the bonds of the family
dine together- family that regularly eat together have a stronger relationship
building up- you support one another not tear each other down
forgiveness- holding a grudge can hurt the family bond
perseverance- families who work hard and help one another have a more success
disconnect- have everyone disconnected off there devices, technology often distracts us from the family.
fun- enjoy one another

I want to have a family were the bond is strong. Most families seem like they are falling apart and I don't want to have relationship were the kids and the parent fight everyday. I want to have a loyal husband that can cook and help out with children and do his own laundry. I want to have a special bond with him. Not only do I want to have a special bond with my kids and husband but with my parents and sisters. I want to be able to have family dinners and got to he movies with my sisters and travel and spend time with my parents and keep that bond that is shared right now
green hat
To keep this bond I will treat my kids like I want to be treated. Example most kids get mad at there parents and never get what they want I want my kid to get the freedom they deserve but still be safe and talk to them like I'm there friend when they want to talk about something serious and still treat them like there mom. With my husband I want to have a best friend relationship and not argue all the time so we can go out to eat time to time or go to the arcade to keep that bestfriend relationship and not argue all the time. With my parents I'm going to visit them as much as I can and call them the times I can and be more open to them. With my sisters, well we already a very strong bond and I want to keep that bond so I will visit them as much as I can and try to travel with them and hang out.
yellow hat
There are many benefits that play in this there will be a stronger bond and more communication. Which will help in situations that can happen later on.
black hat
the negative effects: What if I live in another country and my parents and the rest of my family lives here it will be hard to communicate and keep that bond since we live in two different areas
finance
blue hat
goals: I want to have enough money to pay taxes and bills and all the necessities needed and still have extra money for myself in other words I want to have a lot of money
white hat
Annual income for middle class: $250,000 at least that's what people say but in reality middle class only makes about $51,000 a year and that's in a household. Individually middle class usually earn about $21,000 a year. Half of Americans earn less than the average which $50,000 a year.
red hat
$50,000 isn't a lot of money when you have to pay for your house and taxes and if you have children you have to pay for them too. Honestly I feel like Americans should earn more. Many people are losing there homes due to the fact that jobs aren't paying as much and I don't want to end up in that situation because they don't want to pay me the amount I deserve
green hat
to start I'm going to start saving up my money and find scholarships so in the future I won't be in student debt and make it worse for myself. Three years isn't a lot of time for saving money, but it will help in some ways in the future.
yellow hat
the benefits of saving money early and looking for scholarships is it will help me economically for the first few years of my independence in life and I won't have as much trouble with debts.
black hat
the disadvantage to this it will only help for a few years at some point that money will be gone and I'm going to have to depend on my job for the money and earn it.

These 3 occupations have keep something I've wanted to do ever since I was little. I'm in love with criminal investigation I watch many shows like this that help me decide what I want to do in the future and it has always fascinated me and I like the idea of helping people in a way that you could never think of. Singing and Acting is something else I've always wanted to do ever since I was as young as 4. Music has been with me since forever and I love singing it's the talent that I was born with within my family. I've always wanted to become famous by my voice the only problem is I'm really shy when it comes to singing in a crowd so that's what is stopping me. What I wanted to so is go to an arts high school or maybe college and if that's not possible attend special classes. Same with acting my dad always wanted to pursue the dream of acting and I kind of want to take those foot steps. I love acting it's something I can do without hesitation I like the idea of portraying someone else and looking at there story and point of view.
green hat
To follow and pursue the dreams I want to do I'm going to find a way to start working in the police area station to kind of surround myself in the police force to see what being a criminal investigator feels like. How they have to work the feeling and the pressure they go through and how they help out people and figure out how there thinking process is through out the whole investigation. With my acting and singing I have already been in contact with managements who work for acting and I'm going to go to singing and acting classes to prepare myself for pursuing that dream.
yellow hat
The benefits to what I want to do is 1. well paying maybe not as much as I wish to make but enough to support my family . 2. I already got ahead start in what I want to do and know how I'm going to pursue it.
black hat
the disadvantages to this is if I do pursue my dream as an actress or singer I will be away from home which will kind of play in with the bond I want with my family and I can't be constantly leaving and traveling if I want the dream family.
