What does this mean 'Moving into a New Era' ? Lot of 'things' going ON: List all the things that are happening
What to let go off ? Going into the subject of EMOTIONS and explain why that is important (memory - triggers - glue)

Explore the function of the Subconscious. Present and go over the list of bullet points (incl. the characteristics etc.) I've recently created.

: 'INNER & OUTER game. 'When, with what, and with whom did it all start ? ... The pay-off will come from adjustments of the INNER game

when you WOULD do the WORK (= work on your subconscious), what IS going to happen as a result of that.
when you WOULD do the WORK, what is NOT going to happen because of that ?#
when you WOULDN'T do this WORK, what IS going to happen ?
when you WOULD NOT do this WORK, what is NOT going to happen because of it

Speak about what 'making Soul your CEO actually means. It means 'making the decision to re-establish and -restore the connection which is still here, have been all the time and will be for ever ... So, that's not the work !
And what is going to happen first is to address and explore and adjust those aspects that are contributing to the building up of 'BES' or- when you know how to apply them correctly , to help you to reduce it.
Perhaps point out that these pieces 'that which is NOT you', is causing 'basic elementary stress'. This is a fundamental stress which you build up and carry with you in your subconscious.
Anything else ? ...
The work is about all those 'pieces of marble' that stand in the way. Covering up your essence. Who you really are ! ...
And then introduce the
'7 Facets'
and point out what they do (when not understood) and what the advantages are going to be to work with them and to apply them in your daily functioning (life, career or managing your business) correctly !
And also (lastly ?) point out that what is 'not' them, these pieces that are interfering with, undermining, blocking and sometimes sabotaging this connection they already have with their soul, that which is corroding it, are probably the same aspects that have been and perhaps still are interfering with their happiness, well-being, fulfillment, good fortune, i.e., success they experience !!! ...
