My Transformation as an IB Learner
Support
Mr. Miranda: gives us outlines and guides us through the whole process journal process.

My Mentor: Gives me suggestions from an outside persective.
Challenges
It was hard balancing my work and my product. I had to stay after school alot.
The work load was tiring in the amount of time we had to do it.
I had to manage homework and extra curricular activites.
Learning Styles
I learned how to correctly send an professional
email by following using outlook to send emails to my mentor.
I learned how to present a topic to a group of
people, by creating a slide show and presenting it under a time limit.
I learned how to take notes in a meeting, by writing down important ideas in my supervisor meetings.
Mindset
Prepared:I had to be prepared with my materials for class such as homework, notes, etc, or else I would get left behind.
Optimistic: Had to keep my head up high to be able to encourage myself.
Determind:times got tough were I would want to give up but I couldn't give up.
ATL Skills
Thinking: Had to find a way to make my video appeal to everyone.
Social: Have to use pictures to touch into students values and morals.
Communication: I had to reach out and schedule meeting with dean and teachers.
IB Traits
Open Minded:I had to make sure the pictures I uploaded made every happy.
Balanced:I had to manage the video making and real work.
Communicator:I had to reach out and ask students for photos and videos.
