Quincy Williams: Reflecting on my Growth through the Personal
Mindset
At first i was not seroius i had to pull my self together
I really just wanted to get it done
` Mad that i have struggled more then i have grown

Open minded because there where things i did not agree with but i did not say things that i knew would effect my project
Knowledgeable because of what i have seen and look at that has shown me to want to hear more and understand pit
Thinkers i have be thinking a lot to see how i can make my project better

But when i do get everthing ready i do like to use people to tell me whats good and whats bad

I like to be visual go over everything i do
When i think i like to do it my self so independent learing

social i had to talk to many people about their battles of racism
research i had to do a lot of understanding so i read i look at movies also talked to people
management knowing what i need to do next when i can take a break when i have to keep going
Support
My supervisor helped me a good amount by telling me what she thinks
The grave site helped me see people who had died because of racism
Ramon took me to the studio to get it done and finished.
challenges
Not having a lot of time to get some stuff done
Not being able to do everything my self and having to depend on other people
Not being more open with my supervisor has been a big problem
