created for the purpose of delivering one or
more business products according to an agreed
Business Case.

Project Mangement

Project management is the planning, delegating,
monitoring and control of all aspects of the
project, and the motivation of those involved,
to achieve the project objectives within the
expected performance targets for time, cost,
quality, scope, benefits and risks.

  • PRINCE2 is a non-proprietary method
  • it can be applied to any project regardless of project scale, type, organization, geography or
    culture. ~ Generic
  • PRINCE2 Separates Management from Specialist work
  • PRINCE2 aspects of project work happen alongside the spetialist aspects. (Manager and SME sit together)
  • Using a generic method such as PRINCE2 enables an organization to improve their capability to deal with change.
