As we do on a daily basis, continue to push the boundaries and evolve innovative offerings to the world
By positioning fierce as not just a conversations training company but as a collection of people helping others to be the best they can be for not only themselves – for their co-workers, their communities, their family, their friends, strangers, and everyone they come in contact with in the world

Create a More Robust Client Experience

In 2017 I would like to align more with Sales to help support and develop robust, innovative client journey tools and resources. A few conversations have been had regarding this in 2016, and from what I could gather during those conversations, a clear vision has been established. The strategy and implementation are the next steps to this piece.
Personal Development (what is your growth goal)
My 2017 growth goal is to move into the Art Director seat
How I plan on getting there:
Keep my finger on the pulse of the company’s needs, desires and hopes/fears to help inform and drive innovation throughout the company
Building up the “creative” team’s capacity and resources.
To achieve that, my vision is to bring in someone to help offset the production aspect of my role to allow me more time to focus on bigger picture initiatives, strategy and overall company growth while maintaining the daily needs of the office
Build a pipeline for projects to run through creative that allows for a smooth work-flow from concept to completion and doesn’t turn into a high-level demand for managing deliverables on my end.
This will be achieved by
Making sure that the projects re-routed to (we will call this person Joe Schmo) will create a scenario that leans my schedule less towards production and more strategy projects while making sure the needs of the company are met
Having clear expectations on the onset of a project
Ensuring the projects meet or exceed expectations / deadlines
Business Impacts
In addition to the continuance of meeting the needs and requirement of the office, this will pave the path for
Greater attention on moving the needle of the company
Increasing resources to support our growing company’s needs as the head counts continue to raise and we take on more clients
Creating a space for innovation to occur more organically and less forced into the cracks between breaks in on-going projects
More robust development of systems and processes that help aid in increasing collaboration and productivity
Increase the available resources to take on larger projects. i.e. fierce summit, industry events, advertising, ect.
