- Single words replies are considered rude and commnading

If company is less particular, replies such as "noted" is acceptable.
- Avoid being emotional at all times
Even if other party use unkind words, ignore.

- Ensure no spelling and grammar mistakes
- Be polished with your expressions

Attachments
- When sending a document, include a short note and also address the person.
Never leave the subject line and text box blank.
- Refrain from attaching documents, especially those that are large in size unnecessarily
- Have short and proper file names that recipients can understand at a glance. For e.g. Sales proposal
- Zip the attachment before send it. If recipient does not need to see the graphics, remove them first to reduce the file size.
Email Account
- Use only your email account when corresponding with stakeholders at work.
- Companies may track the email history of staff and if employee were found abusing their office email account, they may have to face disciplinary actions.
