what is place? place is a specific area or region of the world: a particular city, country.

region
what is a region? area made up of one culture, physical, and people.

what is movement? going form one place to another
why would people leave a place? people want more resources, war, new opportunity, disease, fear, government changes, weather.
why do people move to a place? social environment, jobs, adventure, weather, resources, technology, education, culture, government, terrain.
how do you get somewhere? swim, bike, drive, train, fly, plane, and canoe.
