Trusts = the Settlor who creates the trust, the Trustees who manage the trust property but do not keep any income (rents, interest, dividends etc). derived from the property, and the Beneficiaries who are entitled to the income from the trust property.
Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996
