Introduction
Moving to a world of abundance and collaboration.
It's the most exciting time possible to be alive . Anything can be created, anyone can be a creator.
As adults, we can actually do just a few things differently to foster resilience and jproblem solving in young people
See young people as capable. Never do for a child what they can do for themselves.
3 Acknowledge them for their courage when they try something new. Whether they succeed or fail, they learned something new and are building the habit of resiliency
2 Encourage them to find solutions on their own instead of giving them answers
Challenge them to re-think the approach to the problem
5.
It's up to the adults of this generation to create an environment where it's safe to try new things, take risks for what we are passionate about, to be able to see ourselves as creators or our own future.
Natural state of curiosity
Learning comes from exploring, from not knowing and HAVING to find out. Kids are great at this. Fearless
Entrepreneurs have an empowering perspective. See a problem in their lives and then go about creating a solution.
Resisting, complaining about, or even feeling sorry for ourselves about not getting something right is how it looks when fear takes over Facing difficulties in our life can actually be an incredibly rewarding and positive experience for us — if we choose to allow our challenges to be opportunities for growth.
When we are learning, we are in that place of "not knowing" Kids are naturally OK with being there. That's why they are always asking "why".
