UvA (Opportunities, Strengths, Weaknesses, Threats, Threat is realizing when I'm there that my situation in GT was better., Strength is that I would be in the real real thing., Opportunities are internships, startup at Amsterdam Science Park, living in NL. And lots of learning opportunities. Also lots of freedom without a managerial hierarchy breathing down my neck., Weakness is reduced earning potential. Also being tied to project for 4 years. And being away from home for an extended period of time. And aging there coming back to GT without much to do, older 42 years old.)
