If you provide more housing, will that get rid of the housing crisis or will it make it worse?
Will it make a city more dense?
Why is density bad?
Will traffic increase?
If roads were smaller and there was a balanced distribution of residential and commercial buildings, would that make people want to walk more because of how close everything is? If Target or Walmart is in walking distance, will they?
Maybe we don't need as much public transportation as we think we do, but maybe we need more mixed use buildings?
How do you do that?
Why do you only see that in Downtown LA?
