He won't accept anything less than the standards he knows are acceptable
Unforgiving if people (1) don't : get it (2) Go backwards (3) make stupid mistakes that they shouldn't make
He quality checks everything and he misses nothing
Once they get to a level of competence he's much more reasonable - unless they drop the standards
