A VICIOUS PERSECUTOR BECOMES A ZELAUS WITNESS
Our main activity is: to preach the message of the kingdom of God.
It is also for this reason that we meet (...)
(...) to encourage and improve in preaching the good news of the kingdom of God.
What kind of people do we meet in field ministry?
We meet people who are happy to hear the good news (...)
(...) and really want to know Jehovah God.
Instead, some react:
Wounding!
Attacking!
Angrily!
How do we consider these people?
These people resemble Saul.
How is Saul described in the Holy Scriptures?
(...) and a persecutor (...)
(...) and an insolent man.
(...) a blasphemer (...)
In front of a person with these characteristics, we may want to close the door.
ACTS 9:1,2
Many of us have had the privilege of growing in the congregation.
Others of us, however, have found the truth about God.
Still others have been found ... through the preaching work.
We all had to fight imperfection
We are still struggling, (...)
(...) but this time, Jehovah God is helping us.
We are still struggling, (...)
As in the case of the apostle Paul, Jehovah God has chosen us.
ACTS 9:15,16
Jehovah saw the potential of Saul. Zeal and determination (...)
(...) and was able to transform a:
(...) and a persecutor (...)
(...) and an insolent man.
(...) a blasphemer (...)
ACTS 9:20-22
In an extraordinary witness to Jehovah's purpose!
Think of what Jehovah God has done with each of us.
But, Jehovah God has not rejected us.
So, when we are in preaching, we must imitate Jehovah.
Anyone open the door.
We know what our faults are.
PICTURE
Jesus appeared to Saul in a miraculous way.
He did the same with us.
Otherwise, how we explain the fact that we are here gathered to encourage us.
In a selfish world, we use our time and resources to help others.
What happened?
A miracle! The truth about God.
Why? Because God is not partial.
