Stage one

Reach out to potential clients via Fresh networking
Reach out to potential clients via cold emails/calls
Reach out to potential clients via our network
Send potential clients our body or work
Stage two
secure potential clients to a needs assessment
Ask potential clients to book in a phone call to chat about their needs
Before phone call make an internal assessment on them
Use our knowledge of their business in phone call
Ask questions about their difficulty in generating their own content
Outline our prices so they are aware of costs
Stage Three
send potential client a quote for service
Write and prepare a winning quote
Send quote via email
Within 24 hours follow up with an explainer call
Once we have reviewed their needs, prepare a quote for them
Stage Four
Follow up on quote. We need to officially follow up on quote and judge their interest
Follow up with a phone to discus our quote
Address their reservations
Stage Five
remain in contact with potential client
Until a decision is made by potential client, remain politely in contact with them
Continue to call once per fortnight - to keep front of mind
Make paying as easy as possible for them - retainer or invoice system
Stage Six
Secure the deal. Let's get as many as possible
Always look for future clients - never stop
Seek out new places to identify potential clients
