      - Do not expect novice users to memorise commands or concepts after showing them only once
      - Give hints after a while
    - - Design to move important and frequently used commands and concepts to LT memory
      - Repetition to move over
      - Balance between ST / LT memory : if a certain memory/concept has not appeared for a while, may be worth refreshing users' memory
      - Allow users to hide memory aids as they please
